Fulfill your music potential

A quiet sanctuary on Ice House Street for deliberate piano study, Suzuki foundational listening, and chamber performance.

Method & Environment

We teach the piano as a mother tongue. In four sound-insulated studios equipped with Steinway and Yamaha grand instruments, children and adults develop natural technique, deep listening habits, and confidence through shared practice.

The Name

Claudymusic: musical devotion in every note

At Claudymusic, we embody the classical tenet of pure acoustic immersion. Every student cultivates natural touch, musical sensibility, and artistic confidence through patient, deliberate guidance.

Our pedagogical philosophy rests on the Suzuki principle that musical capacity is not an inborn luxury reserved for prodigies. Rather, it is a human ability that every child and adult can cultivate when immersed in deliberate acoustic nourishment, repetition, and compassionate encouragement.

At our Central Hong Kong conservatory, students do not learn in isolation. They learn within an inspiring atelier where listening precedes reading, and shared progress elevates every single musician.

How we teach

Six Fundamental Tenets
01
Start early
Tone sensitivity begins long before formal reading. Children absorb physical posture, steady pulse, and refined pitch through environmental immersion.
02
Parents take part
One parent attends each studio session to learn observation habits and quiet support. The home piano becomes a place of shared affection rather than pressure.
03
Listen every day
Repertoire is introduced aurally through daily listening at home. Students internalize cadence, phrasing, and dynamic nuance before their hands touch the keys.
04
Praise the effort
Progress is nurtured through clear acknowledgement of focused discipline. Small daily steps yield natural technique and poise without performance anxiety.
05
Learn with other children
Fortnightly group classes complement individual lessons. Observing peers cultivates musical memory, active listening, and spontaneous camaraderie.
06
Repeat often
Pieces are never abandoned once mastered. Constant review builds an active working repertoire and effortless bodily freedom at the instrument.

My daughter does not practice because she is told to. She plays because it is simply part of our evenings, like speaking or reading together.
